Flight cancellation policy :-

Flight cancellation policies can vary depending on the airline and the type of ticket you purchased. Here are some general guidelines on flight cancellation policies:

Refundable vs. non-refundable tickets: Refundable tickets are generally more expensive than non-refundable tickets but offer more flexibility if you need to cancel your flight. Non-refundable tickets may not be eligible for a refund if you cancel, but some airlines may allow you to change your flight for a fee.

Timeframe: Most airlines allow you to cancel your flight up to 24 hours after booking without any penalty. After that, cancellation fees may apply.

Reason for cancellation: If you need to cancel your flight due to a medical emergency or other unforeseen circumstances, some airlines may offer a waiver of cancellation fees. However, you may need to provide documentation to support your claim.

Cancelled by the airline: If the airline cancels your flight, they are required to offer you a refund or alternative travel arrangements.

Rebooking: If you need to cancel your flight but still want to travel at a later date, some airlines may allow you to rebook your flight for a fee. However, the new travel dates may be subject to availability and pricing changes.

It's important to read and understand the airline's cancellation policy before booking your flight. If you need to cancel your flight, contact the airline as soon as possible to avoid additional fees and to explore your options for rebooking or refunds.
